In my last post, I shared why the relief of decluttering doesn’t always last—because clutter isn’t the true problem. It’s a symptom.

So what’s really happening?
Clutter tends to show up in places where the energy isn’t flowing well to begin with. These are the “stuck zones” in your home, and if they aren’t corrected, clutter has a way of returning again and again.

Here are a few examples I see often:
• The end-of-hallway room
Energy doesn’t naturally reach these spaces, so they feel forgotten.
• Homes set too far back from the street
Energy struggles to find its way in at all, which can leave the whole home feeling flat.
• Front door aligned with back door
Energy rushes right through instead of lingering to nourish your space.
• Bathrooms and drains without cures in place
Energy slips away quickly, leaving the home feeling depleted.

When these flows aren’t corrected, your space simply doesn’t feel supportive.

That’s why the clutter creeps back.

But here’s the good news—feng shui gives us ways to correct these unseen patterns. Once energy is flowing where it needs to, your home not only stays clearer, it starts to hold energy and support you in completely new ways.

In my next post, I’ll share how feng shui does more than clear space—it actually raises the frequency of your home, turning it into a source of energy for you and your life.

*This post is part of my 5-part series on clutter and feng shui. In it, I’m sharing why clutter is more than “too much stuff,” how it affects energy, and how feng shui can help you create a home that truly supports you.
